There are a couple reasons for picking this panel. First, you aren't going to see many panels featuring The Flash and a cigarette. Second, I love the facial expressions that Saviuk gives both characters. His Yorkin has a bit of a deranged Jonah Hex thing going on. He also manages to get across that this isn't Barry Allen, just from the goofy look on the "Flash's" face. Finally, I just love a good snapshot of an action scene.
